1. The platform

Aegis Connect Global LLC ("ACG") operates a digital platform at aegisconnectglobal.com that connects verified security professionals ("operators") with organisations seeking security talent ("companies"). ACG acts exclusively as a connection platform and does not employ operators or guarantee employment outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the platform.

3. Operator memberships

• Basic Monthly ($3/month): Recurring subscription providing access to job listings, courses and basic platform features. Renews automatically until cancelled.
• Basic Annual ($30/year): Annual subscription with the same benefits, billed once per year.
• Blue Check Verification ($300): One-time payment for career history verification. Provides 12 months of platform access regardless of verification outcome. Non-refundable.
• Profile Advisory ($200): One-time advisory service. Non-refundable once the service has commenced.

4. Blue Check verification

• Payment of the verification fee does not guarantee approval. Verification is subject to the accuracy and authenticity of submitted documents.
• Operators have 3 months from payment to submit all required documentation. Failure to do so within this period may result in the verification being closed.
• ACG reserves the right to reject verification where documents cannot be confirmed or where inconsistencies are identified.
• The 12-month access period begins from the date of payment, not from the date of verification approval.
• Submission of false or fraudulent documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5. Referral programme

• Each registered operator receives a unique referral code upon setting a username.
• Referral rewards (free membership months) are credited automatically when milestones are reached (10 monthly referrals, 5 annual referrals, 1 verification referral).
• Free months are applied as extensions to your membership and have no cash value.
• ACG reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time with notice.
• Manipulation or abuse of the referral system will result in account termination.

6. Company access

• Company access is subject to review and approval by ACG. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access at any time.
• Companies may not use operator data for purposes other than recruitment.
• The Selection and Interview Service ($1,000/process) and Detailed Operator Report ($500/report) are subject to a separate service agreement and payment in advance.
• Company access does not guarantee the availability of operators matching any specific requirement.

7. Job listings and courses

• ACG does not guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy or availability of job listings or courses published on the platform.
• All courses listed must offer a minimum 10% discount to ACG members. This is a platform requirement.
• ACG reserves the right to remove any listing that does not meet quality or ethics standards.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Providing false personal or professional information
• Submitting fraudulent verification documents
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harassing, threatening or impersonating other users
• Attempting to circumvent the platform's security or verification systems
• Scraping, copying or redistributing platform content without permission

9. Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Verification fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If your subscription renews and you did not intend to renew, contact us within 48 hours of the charge at info@aegisconnectglobal.com.

10. Limitation of liability

ACG is a connection platform. We are not responsible for employment decisions made by companies, outcomes of recruitment processes, the conduct of operators or companies on or off the platform, or any losses arising from the use of information found on the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to ACG in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

ACG may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@aegisconnectglobal.com.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of the State of Delaware, or through binding arbitration at ACG's election.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
