No ongoing obligations. Companies do not acquire any contractual obligations with Aegis Connect Global simply by registering and accessing the platform. Access is free and does not create any binding agreement.
Premium services by contract only. The Selection & Interview Service ($1,000) and the Detailed Operator Report ($500) are subject to a separate service agreement and require payment in advance. These are provided on a per-engagement basis with no subscription or commitment of any kind.
Operator data confidentiality. All operator data available through the platform is shared for legitimate recruitment purposes only. Companies may not use, store or distribute operator data outside of the recruitment process for which it was accessed. ACG reserves the right to revoke access in cases of misuse.
Verification disclaimer. While ACG independently verifies all Blue Check operators, the final hiring decision and all employment arrangements are made exclusively between the company and the operator. ACG acts as a connection platform and assumes no liability for employment outcomes.
Course discount requirement. All training courses published on the platform must offer a minimum 10% discount to ACG members. This is a platform requirement and is non-negotiable.
Right of refusal. Aegis Connect Global reserves the right to refuse or remove any job listing, course or company profile that does not meet our quality and ethics standards, without prior notice.
